August 3, 2025 - 18:04
Every Halloween fan worth their salt knows all about Spirit Halloween. The largest Halloween retailer in the United States, Spirit Halloween stores pop up each fall, offering a treasure trove of costumes, decorations, and spooky merchandise. This year, the company is taking a bold step into the digital realm with the release of its first-ever video game, titled Haunted: Halloween '86.
Set in an eerie, retro-inspired world, the game invites players to experience the thrills of Halloween through a nostalgic lens. Players will navigate through haunted environments, confront various ghouls and monsters, and solve puzzles to progress through the game. The aesthetic is reminiscent of classic 1980s arcade games, complete with pixelated graphics and a catchy soundtrack that evokes the spirit of the season.
This venture marks an exciting new chapter for Spirit Halloween, as it blends the beloved traditions of Halloween with interactive entertainment. Fans of the holiday and gaming alike are eagerly anticipating the chance to immerse themselves in this unique Halloween experience.
